Our Animals….

… represent an important and substantial asset of our farm.

Our free-range poultry, our sheep and our pedigree Aberdeen Angus herd are all reared on organic foodstuffs.

Currently, we are working towards a closed flock and herds to ensure the health and provenance of our meat products. We pride ourselves on the extraordinarily high standards of animal husbandry that we employ. This includes not only the rearing of the animals but the treatment and methods undertaken at our abattoir – the locally renowned Coopers of Aldington, near Ashford.

With the addition of this local facility, we exercise control over the entirety of the meat supply chain and ensure the quality of our products.
